Isocyanate Sampling

Isocyanates are chemicals commonly used in the production of polyurethane products and can pose significant health hazards. Air sampling for isocyanates is specialized and must be performed by an industrial hygienist familiar with the unique properties and field instability of isocyanates. We will strategically place air sampling devices in areas where isocyanates are used or released, such as spray booths or production lines, and collect representative samples. Based on these results, we can recommend and develop control strategies to minimize or eliminate isocyanate exposure and ensure regulatory compliance
